EPO’s from BuildPro are not showing in the PO Details Analyzer (NEWSTAR)

BuildPro EPO’s come into NEWSTAR Enterprise without an allocation string and in the “Started” Status.  They must be edited and saved in the “Verified” or later Status, with an allocation for the PO Details Analyzer to pull them in.
