Why is Sales Summary NSE missing a particular record? (NEWSTAR)

The Sales Summary NSE Analyzer only reports on Home Sale records and related information that has interfaced with NEWSTAR Enterprise.

Common reasons for different data are:

  • The record has not sync’d from NEWSTAR Sales to NEWSTAR Enterprise.
  • Unless ‘Pending Sales’ is turned On in NEWSTAR , contract data will only sync if the sale is “Under Contract”.
