Why can’t I see the informXL ribbon parameters in my Analyzer?

The Microsoft Excel menu ribbons adjust based on the user’s set screen resolution and font size. The larger the font and resolution, the less space available in the ribbon to display the ribbon buttons. This is true for all Excel menu ribbons, not just informXL.

If you’re seeing your informXL ribbon menu items grouped up, know that they can still be accessed and used. Below you can see that each menu section (Query Parameters, Query Actions, Configuration/Support) has a down arrow.  Select the arrow and it will open up the menu items for that section.

To avoid seeing your ribbon buttons in groups, we suggest a screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 or higher and setting your Windows font size to 100%.
