Data fails to display in a table following a scheduled refresh

If Datamart records are missing from a table (particularly large record sets, spanning multiple months or years) it’s likely due to a failed refresh.

Each time a Datamart table is refreshed the records within the refresh range are cleared from the table and then re-added.  If this process is interrupted, in either the ‘clear‘ or ‘refresh‘ phase, the affected table could be empty or could be missing records from within the append range.  If this happens try running a manual refresh of the table by using the Datamart Admin Console.
