The data in my Analyzer appears old or incorrect, even after hitting “Get Data”:
There are two possible reasons:
- Macros have not been enabled in Excel. This document provides more information on enabling Macros within Excel.
- A NEWSTAR Excel export is open on you PC, preventing informXL from running properly. Excel based exports originating from NEWSTAR Enterprise contain code that prevents macros in other Excel files from executing, including informXL Analyzer files. Closing NEWSTAR based Excel files prior to opening an informXL Analyzer should resolve this issue.
